0. Definitions That Matter
📦 Delivery
The moment the download link is generated and made available in your account dashboard OR sent to your registered email address. Delivery is recorded by server timestamp and is irreversible.
✅ Functional
The product performs its core advertised function when used in a standard Godot environment as described in the product documentation. Minor visual glitches or non-critical issues do NOT constitute non-functionality.
🔧 Technical Issue / Bug
A verifiable defect in the code that prevents the core advertised feature from working. Requires a screen recording and error log submitted within 7 days of purchase.
📺 Demonstration / Preview
All products have video demos, screenshots, or code previews. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the demonstration and understood what the product does.
🚫 "Not Liked" or "Changed Mind"
Subjective claims about aesthetics, personal preference, or deciding the product doesn't fit your needs AFTER seeing the demonstration. These are NOT refundable.
👶 Unauthorized Minor Purchase
A purchase made by a person under 18 using a parent/guardian's payment method without authorization. Delivery = authorization. Once delivered, the transaction is deemed authorized by the account holder.

DELIVERY = FINAL SALE
Once the download link is generated and delivered, the transaction is complete and irreversible. The product is deemed authorized and accepted by the account holder.
1. When Refund IS Available (Very Limited)
✅ Refundable ONLY in these specific cases:
- Non-Functional Due to Version Incompatibility: The product completely fails to work because of a Godot version change that was NOT disclosed in the product requirements. You must provide:
- Your exact Godot version
- Screen recording showing the failure
- Error log from Godot console
- Confirmed Critical Bug: A genuine code error exists in the product that prevents the core advertised function. I will first attempt to fix it. If unfixable within 14 days, refund is issued.
- Non-Delivery: Payment was successful but download link was never generated (proven by server logs).
- Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product twice within 24 hours. Refund for the duplicate only.
2. When Refund Is NOT Available
❌ NON-REFUNDABLE (No Exceptions):
- After Delivery: Once the download link is generated, no refund for any reason except the narrow cases in Section 1 above.
- "Did Not Use" Claims: Claiming you downloaded but did not open, or opened but did not use, or used but did not implement — these are irrelevant. Delivery = completion.
- "Did Not Like" or "Changed Mind": All products have demonstrations before purchase. You knew what you were buying. Personal preference is not a refund reason.
- "Does Not Fit My Project": Not our responsibility. Review the demonstration before purchasing.
- "I Could Have Built It Cheaper": Irrelevant.
- "My Friend Said It's Bad": Irrelevant.
- Minor Unauthorized Purchase AFTER Delivery: Once delivered, the transaction is deemed authorized by the account holder. Delivery timestamp is the cutoff. No refund for minor claims after delivery.
- "Not Working" Without Proof: Verbal claims without screen recording and error log will be ignored.
- Third-Party Compatibility Issues: If the product conflicts with another plugin or custom code, that is your responsibility to resolve.
3. Minor Clients & Age Representation
⚠️ Age Representation Required
By making a purchase on this marketplace, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older. I do not independently verify age. If you are a minor, you must have your parent or legal guardian make the purchase on your behalf.
Legal Effect of Misrepresentation
- Under Section 11 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, a minor cannot enter into a valid contract. Any agreement with a minor is void ab initio.
- If you are a minor and you have falsely represented yourself as 18+, you have committed fraud and misrepresentation.
- Under Section 65 of the Contract Act, any person who has received a benefit must restore it. Since digital delivery is irreversible, you (or your guardian) remain liable for the full payment as compensation for unjust enrichment.
Parental Responsibility: Delivery = Authorization
🔴 CRITICAL: Delivery Deems Authorization
If your minor child uses your payment method to purchase a product, the moment the download link is delivered, the transaction is DEEMED AUTHORIZED by you, the account holder.
You have failed in your duty to secure your payment instruments. I will pursue the account holder (the person whose payment method was used) as the de facto customer under the principle of agency by estoppel and ratification.
No refund will be provided for minor purchases after delivery. The only exception is if you contact me BEFORE the download link is generated (typically within 2-3 minutes of payment).
Minor Purchase Refund Window
🕐 Before Delivery vs After Delivery
- Before delivery (within ~2-3 minutes of payment): If you notify me before the automated download link is generated, I will refund 100% minus payment gateway fees (typically 5%).
- After delivery: No refund. Delivery is timestamped in server logs. The account holder is fully liable regardless of who clicked the buttons.
Why? Once delivered, the product can be copied, installed, and used. There is no technical way to verify if it was used or not. The only fair and enforceable rule is: delivery = final sale.
Practical advice for parents: Do not save your UPI PIN, card details, or enable one-click payments on devices your minor child can access. If you do, you accept financial responsibility for their purchases. I am not a babysitting service.
4. How to Claim a Genuine Technical Issue
🔧 Legitimate Bug Claim Process
If the product is genuinely non-functional due to a bug or version incompatibility:
- Contact me at graphicyin@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase.
- Provide:
- Your order number
- Your exact Godot version (e.g., Godot 4.2.1 stable)
- Screen recording showing the issue (upload to YouTube unlisted or Google Drive)
- Error log from Godot console (copy-paste or screenshot)
- I will attempt to reproduce and fix the issue.
- If the issue is confirmed as a product defect and cannot be fixed within 14 days, a full refund will be issued.
Note: Claims without screen recording and error log will be ignored. "It doesn't work" is not sufficient.
What Does NOT Qualify as a Technical Issue
- Integration difficulty: If you don't know how to import or use the product, ask for help first. That is not a bug.
- Conflict with your custom code: My product works in a clean Godot project. If it conflicts with your existing code, that is your responsibility.
- Missing a feature you assumed was included: Read the product description and watch the demo. What you see is what you get.
- Godot version mismatch: The product page specifies compatible versions. If you use a different version, that is your choice.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are only possible BEFORE delivery. Once the payment is processed and the automated system generates the download link (typically within 2-3 minutes), cancellation is impossible. Digital products cannot be "un-delivered."
6. Demonstration & Preview Requirement
📺 You Agree That You Have Seen the Demonstration
All products on this marketplace include video demonstrations, screenshots, code previews, or detailed descriptions. By completing a purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that:
- You have reviewed the available demonstration
- You understood what the product does before purchasing
- You will not claim "I didn't know what it does" or "It's not what I expected" as a refund reason
"Not liked after seeing demo" is not a refundable condition. You knew what you were buying.
7. Dispute Resolution & Chargebacks
- Contact us first: Before filing a chargeback, email me. Most issues can be resolved.
- Fraudulent chargebacks: If you file a chargeback claiming "unauthorized transaction" after the product was delivered, I will:
- Provide your IP address, timestamp, and delivery logs to the payment processor
- Permanently ban you from all services
- Pursue recovery through legal means for fraud
- Minor chargebacks: If a parent files a chargeback claiming their minor child made the purchase after delivery, I will contest with delivery logs and this policy. Parents are responsible for securing their payment methods.

By completing a purchase on this marketplace, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years or older, OR a parent/guardian purchasing for yourself
- You have reviewed the product demonstration before purchasing
- You understand that delivery is final and irreversible
- You agree that the account holder of the payment method is fully responsible
- You waive any claim of "did not use" or "did not like" as grounds for refund
