Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using CGLive, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms in full. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Description of Service
CGLive is a free Android application that allows you to broadcast live video streams to multiple platforms simultaneously, including YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, and custom RTMP destinations. Features include:
- Multi-platform simultaneous live streaming (up to 4 destinations)
- Screen capture and camera picture-in-picture overlays
- Animated GIF and image overlay support
- Real-time stream dashboard (viewer count, chat, likes)
- Floating stream controls and scene management
- StreamElements alert integration
The App is provided free of charge with no in-app purchases. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time without prior notice.
YouTube API Services
CGLive uses YouTube API Services to enable YouTube live streaming functionality. By connecting your YouTube account, you agree to be bound by:
Note: You can revoke CGLive's access to your Google account at any time via Google Account Permissions. Revoking access will disable YouTube streaming features within the App.
User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all content you stream, broadcast, or transmit using CGLive. You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Stream content that is defamatory, obscene, hateful, threatening, or harassing
- Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
- Stream content that violates YouTube's, Facebook's, or Twitch's Community Guidelines or Terms of Service
- Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App
- Use the App to conduct any unauthorized commercial activities
You are responsible for obtaining your own stream keys and for maintaining the security of those keys. We are not responsible for any unauthorized use of your stream keys.
Third-Party Platforms
CGLive acts as a tool to facilitate your connection to third-party streaming platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, custom RTMP servers). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for these platforms. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.
We are not liable for any suspension, termination, or other action taken by those platforms against your account as a result of your streaming activity.
Intellectual Property
The CGLive application, including its design, code, branding, and content, is the intellectual property of Graphicy Media. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial live streaming purposes.
You retain all rights to the content you stream. By using CGLive to stream to third-party platforms, you grant those platforms the licenses described in their own terms of service — not us.
Open Source Components
CGLive is built using open-source libraries, including RootEncoder by pedroSG94. These components are used in accordance with their respective open-source licenses. The use of such libraries does not grant you any additional rights to the CGLive application itself.
Disclaimer of Warranties
CGLive is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects. Streaming quality depends on your device, internet connection, and third-party platform availability, which are beyond our control.
We expressly disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Graphicy Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use CGLive, including but not limited to:
- Loss of stream revenue or audience
- Platform bans or account suspensions on third-party services
- Data loss or corruption
- Device damage or performance issues
- Interruption of streaming service due to network or platform outages
Privacy
Your use of CGLive is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our data practices, including our use of YouTube API Services and how we protect your information.
Termination
You may stop using CGLive at any time by uninstalling the application. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the App if we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination, your license to use the App ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law) shall survive.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of CGLive after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, please uninstall the App.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CGLive shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
